Terra Water

Ceramic water filters for potable water
$2.50 per worker per month
To ensure workers have access to safe drinking water, we've partnered with Terra Water to provide ceramic filters that turn tap water into clean, potable drinking water.

Terra's roots go back to a humanitarian breakthrough nearly 40 years ago by Dr. Fernando Mazariegos, the Guatemalan pharmacist and humanitarian who developed the first ceramic water filter in 1981.

Their program includes the filter, biweekly training until every site is 100% compliant, and free replacements if a filter breaks.

Astungkara Way

Regenerative rice
$6 per worker per month
To strengthen food security for Bali's workers, we've partnered with Astungkara Way, a local movement dedicated to regenerative farming, to supply chemical-free rice grown in harmony with Bali's land and traditions.

This ensures workers have a consistent, healthy food source that supports their well-being and connects each job site to the local farming communities.

Honicel

Biodegradable and breathable cardboard beds
$2.50 per worker per month
From our worker survey, we found that traditional mattresses fail on job sites. They get dirty, moldy, and costly to maintain.

To meet this need, we've partnered with Honicel, a pioneer in paper-based engineering, to provide biodegradable breathable and durable beds that keep sites sanitary and workers comfortable.

These lightweight beds are easy to replace, environment friendly, and designed to give workers a cleaner, safer place to rest.

BPJS

Government health insurance for workers
$3 per worker per month
To ensure our workers are protected, we use BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Indonesia's official social security program.

This provides every worker with health and accident coverage as required by law, giving them reliable support and peace of mind on the job.

It's a simple step that signals to workers that their safety and dignity matter.
